If you see a message saying that you have not received data for 48 hours, this means that you have not added a feed.

You will not be able to add it from this section.
So click on Webstream Details at the top left to go back.
Click on 'Add a feed' at the top right.

Now go back and get the measurement id of your new stream.
Copy it. (and omit the rest of the info).

From now on, go to your GTM container.
Create a new tag.
In the tag type, select GA 4

Once you have completed your work, you register your tag.
Then you can preview the change from the main menu of your container before submitting the change.
As in the picture on the right.

Does yourtagfire correctly when you preview it via Google Tag Manager?
Now you just have to publish it if you want to put data collection via GA4 into production!
Result This is your new GA4 (The new Google Analytics) receiving data!

And that's it!
You have your GA4 configured to receive data now!
